About Nature IS Health

We are a Canadian company offering "hair2toe" all-natural products handcrafted by co-owners Brian & Samantha. We also love featuring unique items handmade by local artisans.

Along with our product line, Nature IS Health aims to inspire via photos, videos, and blog posts curated via our lifestyle- focusing on eco-friendly and sustainable living. Thus, this website is called "Our Guide to a Sustainable Home".

For more, check out our mission statement here

Some things important to us:

  • Our ingredients are local, organic, fair-trade, wildcrafted, and homegrown where possible.

  • Packaging is eco-friendly and we ship using recycled and up-cycled packing.

  • Products are simple, likely herbal-infused, and made with every intention of using them ourselves.

  • We specialize in pasture-raised, up-cycled beef and pork fat skincare- tying traditional methods with new-wave ideas.

You can shop our product line in local shops in Hamilton & Windsor Ontario, on our online Etsy shop, and here on this website.

How it began...

Nature IS Health began with THIS website but only as a blog. Co-owner Samantha (me, here writing), created this haven as a place to gather my ideas learned in nutrition school and along the journey to my bachelor's in physical education. Navigating varsity athletics, and driven by an exploratory lifestyle- definitely resulted in tumbles along the way!
