Method:
Pick your nut or seed. Look for a quality product to contain higher quantity of oil.
Toast your nuts / seeds.
Next, while still warm put them into the food processor and blend until they are a paste.
I like to add:
A bit of 100% cold-pressed olive oil because I am generally obsessed with the flavour of olive oil. But this you can omit, especially if the nuts/seeds are super oily on their own.
Sea salt
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for longer shelf life.
