BREATHE EZ

Use with a mesh strainer, compostable tea sachet, or tea press. 

Boil water and allow for it settle. Place loose tea into vesicle and cover with boiled water. Allow for it to steep 2-5 minutes with a lid to trap the essential oils. Strain and enjoy! 

FOR CONGESTION:  Use a wide mouth pot, bring water to gentle simmer and add 1-2 tbsp of tea blend. Remove from heat, lean over the pot and gently inhale the steam. You can use a towel to direct the steam into your face. Be careful to not get too close! When the steam has run out, bring the pot back to simmer and repeat the process. The leftover liquid can be used as a tea or on a cloth as a compress for the chest and/or forehead.

I harvest the plants, air dry them and process them into infused herbal oils that we then add into our products, or add them into tea blends, or decorate our soaps/gift boxes
