Infused with homegrown sage leaf, this soap is unique and efficient at sloughing off dead skin.

Useful for working hands, dry, cracked skin, rough spots and areas that are in need of a circulation boost.

HOW TO USE: Try beginning on upper arms/legs, hands and feet to get a lather, then gently lathering rough spots, shaving lines and with the sandy lather to remove dead skin on the face.

A texturized and rough exfoliant, suitable for use 1-2 times per week. Allow for the soap to become fully saturated so the pumice separates and begins to lather.

** Please note, you may mix and match this soap in the variety boxes, and the 2 pieces option with the Coffee Scrub Soap listing

PUMICE ROCK SCRUB - EXFOLIANT

C$7.00Price
Curing now- ready mid December.
  • ORGANIC & HOMEGROWN INGREDIENTS:

Pasture raised pork fat (lard from heritage pigs), local sunflower oil, local beeswax, castor oil, ground pumice stone, sage leaf, tea tree essential oil. Made with filtered water and lye (saponifying agent).

  • Why do we use LARD in our SOAPS?

It is a local ingredient that our community produces in EXCESS. Leftover trimmings often go to WASTE. Choosing local and reducing imported ingredients is something we are passionate about! We believe it is sustainable to our immediate community, keeps prices down and allows us to really know where our ingredients come from.

  • Ingredient Sourcing:

We source from a local farm and butcher shoppe known for their free range heritage pigs. We render the lard ourseleves. The animals are pasture raised and fed no GMO.

  • Organic Plants:

Sourced from organic Canadian suppliers and local farmers and largely from the Nature IS Health garden- where we do not spray any chemicals. I harvest the plants, air dry them and process them into infused herbal oils that we then add into our products, or add them into tea blends, or decorate our soaps/gift boxes.

  • Product Life:

We make small batches and use minimal additional oils/essential oils. The product is long-lasting and a little bit goes a long way. For longer shelf life please allow for soap to dry out in-between uses, as natural soap becomes gummy and soft when left to stand in water. We like to use a wooden or ceramic soap dish with proper drainage.
